Welcome to AIBabyMe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://aibabyme.comand the AI baby generator service we provide (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AIBabyMe is operated by Coftivo Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", or "our"), located at Merdivenköy Mah. Fahrettin Kerim Gökay Cad. No:203/10, Kadıköy / İstanbul, Türkiye. You can contact us at support@aibabyme.com.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
AIBabyMe generates an AI imagined image of a hypothetical future child based on two photographs you upload. The output is entertainment — it is not a medical, genetic, or legal prediction and should not be treated as such.
3. Account
To save your generations you create an account with your email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload, generate, or attempt to generate any sexual, pornographic, nude, or otherwise sexually explicit or adult ("NSFW") content. The Service must not be used to create sexualized imagery of any kind.
- Upload, generate, or attempt to generate content that is hateful, violent, harassing, or that promotes self-harm or illegal acts.
- Upload photos of any person who has not consented, including minors (other than your own intended use case, where you have the legal right to use the photo).
- Upload photos of public figures, celebrities, or any third party where the result could be misleading, defamatory, or deceptive.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law (including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the EU GDPR, the California CCPA, or any equivalent jurisdiction).
The Service is intended solely for generating a family-friendly, imagined image of a hypothetical child. We use automated and manual moderation to enforce these rules, and we may refuse, remove, or block any content that violates them. We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Payment
AIBabyMe offers a one-time $9.99 lifetime unlock. Payments are processed by Creem ("Creem"), which acts as the merchant of record. Creem handles billing, sales tax, VAT, and card data.
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your billing location.
6. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window where you can request a full refund if the Service materially fails to deliver. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the generated images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our content
The AIBabyMe name, logo, website design, and underlying code remain our property. You may not copy or imitate any of it without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Generated images are imaginative interpretations by an AI model. They are not predictions of what your real child will look like. We make no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (i.e. typically $9.99). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email to active users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.
