This Privacy Policy explains what data AIBabyMe collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. We take your privacy seriously — we collect the minimum we need to deliver the Service.

1. What We Collect
You give us
- Email address and a password (hashed, never stored in plain text) when you create an account.
- Parent photographs you upload to generate a baby image.
- Quiz answers (preferred gender, age, hair, eyes).
- Payment details — entered directly into Creem, never seen by us. We only receive a payment confirmation and the Creem checkout id.
2. How We Use It
- To deliver the Service (generate baby images on your request).
- To process your payment via Creem and unlock your account.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of the Terms of Service.
- To analyze and improve the Service (using aggregated, non-identifying metrics).
- To send essential service emails (e.g. password reset, refund confirmation). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Data Retention
- Parent photos — automatically deleted 30 days after upload.
- Generated baby images — kept while your account is active, so you can revisit them in your history. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Account & payment records — kept as long as you have an account, plus the period required for tax and accounting law (typically 5–10 years depending on jurisdiction).
- Analytics events — anonymized after 12 months.
4. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have the following rights over your personal data (GDPR for EU/UK residents, KVKK for Türkiye, CCPA for California residents):
- Access a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"). This deletes your account, generations, and parent photos within 30 days.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

4. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage at rest, scoped database access (row-level security), and hashed passwords. No system is 100% secure — if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.
5. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

We will post any updates here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email.
